I wasn't sure about this place, I'd never heard of them but they were close by & got there pretty quick. Idk tow truck driver's name but he was super nice & helpful. Would recommend to others & use them again (hopefully I won't need to tho lol ?)

I called 2 places in Decatur for tow. First (starting with a P) never retuned call. 2nd (starting with S) put me on hold to find estimated time. 15 minutes later called back and said truck down and did not know when could get to me.
Then called Owen Services and they were there and had truck loaded in 30 minutes!! I was out of state but parents where truck was said they were very friendly. Would highly recommend over any other tow service in Decatur area!! 5 stars! Thank you!!

Excellent, friendly and prompt service. I will be recommending them for all towing needs. It was late on a Sunday night and we needed our big 3/4 ton mud truck hauled home. Wes was exceptional and friendly!!

Both the office employee and the driver Wes were incredibly nice and helpful. They told me it would be an hour and he arrived in 20 minutes. Explained everything perfectly and got my car on the truck. Will definitely use Owen's if I ever need a tow again.

Owens Services LLC is the way to go when you're in need of some help to get a vehicle home, fast and affordably!! Best experience with a towing service I've ever had. Had a car towed. Great service, quick and good price!

Came and picked my truck up, when it was -8 outside and took back to his shop, my fuel was gelled up and he let it sit inside until it was thawed out and ready to go again. Great service and fast recovery!

Great Towing operation, i was stuck on side of the road with a jelled up fuel in -15 weather. He answered the call and arrived within 15 minutes, and towed me to work. i would suggest this company to anyone in need of roadside and towing needs. Well maintained equipment and very knowledgeable personnel.
